Basketball Recap: Loyalton Comes Up Short

Loyalton was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their tenth straight loss dating back to last season. They lost 53-31 to the Quincy Trojans. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Trojans this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 68-37 last Monday.

Loyalton's record is now 0-7. As for Quincy, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 4-2 record this season.

Coincidentally, Loyalton and Quincy will both be playing Truckee the next time they take the court. The Grizzlies will host the Wolverines at 2:30 p.m. on Saturday, while the Trojans will play them later in the day, at 5:30 p.m.
