Wylie is 9-1 against Rowlett since December of 2020 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Tuesday. The Pirates will be playing in front of their home fans against the Eagles at 7:00 p.m. Rowlett took a loss in their last contest and will be looking to turn the tables on Wylie, who comes in off a win.

On Friday, Wylie took their matchup with ease, bagging a 58-28 win over Naaman Forest. The Pirates have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won ten games by 21 points or more this season.

For whatever reason, it's the away team that's had the advantage when Rowlett and Garland meet (five straight games heading into this one) and that held true again on Friday. The Eagles fell 60-53 to the Owls. The loss was a bit of a surprise, as the Eagles came into the contest with a sizable advantage in MaxPreps' Texas basketball rankings (they are ranked 304th, while the Owls are ranked 1183rd).

Wylie has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 17-10 record this season. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 63.3 points over those games. As for Rowlett, their loss ended a three-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 10-10.

Wylie was able to grind out a solid win over Rowlett in their previous meeting back in December of 2025, winning 49-37. Do the Pirates have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Eagles turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
