Grand Haven had already won eight in a row dating back to last season and they went ahead and made it nine on Monday. They came out on top against the Holland Dutch by a score of 2-0. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 2-0 two weeks ago.

The 2-0 score doesn't show just how dominant Grand Haven was: they took both sets by at least 12 points. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-11, 25-13.

Holland's loss came despite strong showings from Isaiah Cisneros and David UK. Cisneros had 11 digs, while UK had four digs.

Grand Haven's win bumped their record up to 4-0. As for Holland, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-17-1.
