Football Recap: Harmony School of Innovation Comes Up Short

Harmony School of Innovation had lost three straight on the road, but on Friday they dropped down to 1-5 to make it four. They had to suffer through a 71-0 loss at the hands of the Columbia Roughnecks. While losing is never fun, the Wildcats can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Texas football rankings (they are ranked 1209th, while the Roughnecks are ranked 510th).

As for Columbia, the win got them back to even at 3-3. That 71 point margin sets a new team best for them this season.

Cade Thoe was his usual excellent self, throwing for 210 yards and four TDs while completing 87.5% of his passes. Isaiah Williams was in the mix as well, providing Columbia with three scores.

Harmony School of Innovation wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next contest, a 73-0 loss against La Marque on the 9th. As for Columbia, they also didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next matchup, a 28-21 victory against Royal on the 10th.
