St. Bernard had already won four in a row and they went ahead and made it five on Tuesday. They blew past the Hoopa Valley Warriors 3-0. That's the third time they've managed to beat them this season, with their most recent win being a 3-0 victory two weeks ago.

One reason for the win was St. Bernard's just kept getting better, winning each set by more points than the last. The match finished with set scores of 25-18, 25-15, 25-14.

Hoopa Valley's defeat came despite a true team effort with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Wau'Kel Blake, who had nine kills, seven digs, and three aces. Blake has been hot recently, having posted five or more kills the last three times she's played.

St. Bernard's victory bumped their record up to 16-9. As for Hoopa Valley, they have been struggling recently as they've lost seven of their last eight matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 4-22-1 record this season.

As of now, neither St. Bernard's nor Hoopa Valley have any future games scheduled.
