Winning always takes teamwork, but on Wednesday Isaiah Tilse stepped things up a notch to give Columbian the 'W'. Tilse was unstoppable, not allowing a single earned run while striking out ten over seven innings pitched. He also tossed no earned runs, which is notable because Columbian is 3-1 when he allows at most one earned run, but 2-8 otherwise.

Coming up, Tilse and Columbian will look to defend their home field on Thursday against Liberty-Benton at 4:30 p.m. The Tornadoes have been struggling at home and they will enter the contest having lost nine straight home games dating back to last season.
