Volleyball Recap: Harvest Prep Starts Season with Defeat at Home

Harvest Prep unfortunately couldn't capitalize on their home-court advantage in their season opener. They came up short against the Grove City Christian Eagles on Tuesday, falling 3-0. If the Warriors were looking for revenge after losing 3-0 to the Eagles when the teams met back in October of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-22, 25-13, 25-22.

The victory made it two in a row for Grove City Christian and bumps their season record up to 5-1.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Harvest Prep is set to square off against their familiar foe Bishop Rosecrans at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, Grove City Christian will take on rival Fisher Catholic at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
