Softball Recap: Isabella Comes Up Short

Isabella lost against Horseshoe Bend back in March, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Mustangs fell 6-3 to the Generals. The Mustangs have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Isabella saw six different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Charlotte Lovett, who went a perfect 2-for-2 with one stolen base.

Isabella's loss dropped their record down to 5-7. As for Horseshoe Bend, the win (which was their 11th in a row) raised their record to 18-2.

Coming up, Isabella will head out to face off against Jemison at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Horseshoe Bend, they will face off against Valley at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
