Baseball Recap: Dundalk Owls vs. Kenwood Bluebirds

Dundalk was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss dating back to last season. They lost 14-5 to the Kenwood Bluebirds. The Owls were not able to make up for their defeat to the Bluebirds from their previous meeting back in April of 2024.

Dundalk saw six different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was David Lyell, who went 2-for-3 with two RBI. Moris Gomez was another, scoring two runs and stealing a base while getting on base in three of his four plate appearances.

As for Kenwood, they will look to defend their home field on Monday against Parkville at 4:00 p.m. Parkville will roll in looking for their fifth straight win, something Kenwood surely won't give up without a fight.
