Soccer Recap: Holliston's Luck Takes a Turn for the Worse on Saturday

After flying high against Bellingham on Thursday, Holliston came back down to earth. The Panthers took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Framingham Flyers on Saturday. Holliston were red-hot offensively heading into the match (they scored no less than four goals in the three contests prior), but Framingham's defense proved too tough.

With the loss, Holliston broke their three-match winning streak and moved their record to 4-3-1. As for Framingham, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 7-0-6.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming matchups. Holliston will challenge Norton at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Framingham, they will face off against Newton North at 4:30 p.m. on Monday.
