Baseball Recap: Kenston Takes a Loss

Kenston and Cuyahoga Valley Christian Academy squared off in some playoff action on Tuesday, but Kenston had to settle for second. They fell just short of the Royals by a score of 1-0. The Bombers were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Royals apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in May of 2024.

Kenston's loss ended a three-game streak of away wins and brought them to 8-20. As for Cuyahoga Valley Christian Academy, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won nine of their last ten contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 20-7 record this season.

Kenston does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Cuyahoga Valley Christian Academy, they didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next match, a 3-2 win against Buckeye on the 29th.
