Softball Recap: Armada Takes a Loss

Armada was the 13-3 winner over Lutheran North when they last played one another back in June of 2023, but their luck changed this time around. The Tigers fell just short of the Mustangs by a score of 3-2 on Wednesday. That's two games in a row now that the Tigers have lost by just one run.

Armada's defeat dropped their record down to 16-9. As for Lutheran North, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 20-5.

Lutheran North wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next match, an 8-2 win against Stoney Creek on the 29th. Hopefully Armada paid attention to the Mustangs' contest: the next time they hit the field, they'll take on the Mustangs at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday.
