Volleyball Recap: Wellsville Comes Up Short

Wellsville came into their game on Wednesday off a hard-fought close win, but unfortunately suffered a serious change of fortune. They lost 3-0 to the Toronto Red Knights. The Tigers were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Red Knights apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in September of 2024.

The final score came out to 25-19, 25-17, 25-16.

Wellsville's loss dropped their record down to 1-5. As for Toronto, they now have a winning record of 4-3.

Wellsville has already played their next game (against Valley Christian), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. As for Toronto, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 3-1 defeat against Madonna on the 8th.
