Crest put the finishing touches on their 12th blowout victory of the season on Monday. Everything went their way against the St. Paul Indians as the Crest Lancers made off with a 16-1 win. The victory made it back-to-back wins for Crest.
Logan Kistner made a splash no matter where he played. He looked comfortable on the mound, tossing an inning while giving up no earned runs off one hit. Kistner was even better at the plate, scoring two runs while going 2-for-3.
In other batting news, Henry White was incredible, scoring three runs and stealing a base while going 2-for-2. He has been hot recently, having posted at least one stolen base the last three times he's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Ryan Golden, who scored two runs and stole two bases while getting on base in all three of his plate appearances.
Crest pushed their record up to 13-5 with that victory, which was their third straight at home. As for St. Paul, they are on a six-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-7.
