Baseball Recap: Beech Takes a Loss

Beech was the 2-1 winner over Centennial when they last played one another back in March of 2023, but their luck changed this time around. The Buccaneers fell just short of the Cougars by a score of 5-4 on Tuesday.

Beech's loss dropped their record down to 18-11. As for Centennial, with the win, they broke their seven-game losing streak and moved their record to 11-12.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Beech will host Siegel at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Centennial, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Franklin Road Academy at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. The Cougars are facing the Panthers at the right time seeing as the Panthers are stuck on a 12-game losing streak.
