Basketball Recap: Random Lake Comes Up Short

Random Lake was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They had to suffer through a 56-23 loss at the hands of the Oostburg Flying Dutchmen. The match marked the Rams' lowest-scoring game so far this season.

Random Lake's defeat dropped their record down to 1-4. As for Oostburg, the victory (which was their fifth in a row) raised their record to 5-1.

Random Lake will venture away from home to square off against Cedar Grove-Belgium at 7:15 p.m. on Thursday. As for Oostburg, they will be home for the holidays to greet Kohler at 5:50 p.m. on December 17th. Oostburg knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with 55 points or more in their past five contests -- so hopefully Kohler likes a good challenge.
