Sutherland had already won 13 in a row and they went ahead and made it 14 on Saturday. They came out on top against the West Genesee Wildcats by a score of 2-0.

Jessie Powers paced Sutherland's offense, picking up 11 kills. Powers got some help from Chloe Cunniffe and her ten assists. Leah Klueber controlled things from the service line, finishing with five aces.

Sutherland's victory bumped their record up to 24-1-2. As for West Genesee, they now have a losing record of 0-1-1.

Sutherland didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 2-0 win against Victor on the 27th. As for West Genesee, they will square off against Cicero-North Syracuse at 6:30 p.m. on Monday.
