Sadie Gardner leads a balanced attack to beat Westwood

Recap: Mountain View Toros vs. Westwood Warriors
The Mountain View Toros's six-game losing streak came to an end on Wednesday. They came out on top against Westwood by a score of 60-51. Mountain View's offense stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most points they've scored all season.
Mountain View's victory was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Sadie Gardner, who scored 22 points along with six rebounds and four steals. That makes it five consecutive games in which Gardner has scored at least 25% of Mountain View's points. The team also got some help courtesy of Emma Fischbeck, who dropped a double-double on 14 points and 12 rebounds.
Mountain View now has a winning record of 7-6. As for Westwood, they now have a losing record at 3-4.
Mountain View won't have much time to rest: their next contest is against Liberty at 7:00 p.m. on December 14th. Westwood will take on Atwater in a holiday battle at 2:40 p.m. on Monday at. Atwater has been dominant on offense recently, as they've racked up an incredible 401 points over their last six games.
