After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Leroy, Washington County was happy to have turned things around on Tuesday. They blew past the Citronelle Wildcats 12-2. The match marked the Bulldogs' most dominant win of the season so far.

Landon Dearmon made a splash no matter where he played. On the mound, he pitched five innings while giving up just one earned (and one unearned) run off three hits. What's more, he posted four strikeouts, the most he's had since back in April of 2024. He was also big at the plate, going 3-for-4 with one double and one RBI. That double was his first of the season.
