Baseball Recap: Coral Reef Takes a Loss

Coral Reef was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their fifth straight defeat. They fell 10-5 to the Cypress Bay Lightning.

Coral Reef's loss dropped their record down to 3-14. As for Cypress Bay, the victory (which was their eighth in a row) raised their record to 13-6.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Coral Reef will challenge Sunset at 3:30 p.m. on April 3. As for Cypress Bay, they will head out to square off against West Broward at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. This will be Cypress Bay's first chance to prove their worth in the conference.
