Softball Recap: Herington Comes Up Short

Herington lost to Moundridge back in April of 2025 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Railers came up short against the Wildcats, falling 15-1.

Herington's loss dropped their record down to 0-4. As for Moundridge, they are on a roll lately: they've won nine of their last 11 matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 13-5 record this season.

The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: Moundridge beat Herington by a score of 11-0 later that day.
