Basketball Recap: STEM School Highlands Ranch Comes Up Short

STEM School Highlands Ranch lost against Loveland Classical back in February and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Spartans fell 53-44 to the Lions.

Loveland Classical was led to victory by Lincoln McFadden and Sean Schaut. McFadden dropped a double-double with 20 points and 15 rebounds, while Schaut dropped a double-double with 19 points and ten boards. Those ten rebounds gave Schaut a new career-high. Wyatt Carman was another key player, putting up six points and four steals.

STEM School Highlands Ranch's defeat dropped their record down to 1-3. As for Loveland Classical, the win got them back to even at 2-2.

STEM School Highlands Ranch didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 70-29 loss against The Pinnacle on the 10th. As for Loveland Classical, they have also already played their next contest, a 69-31 defeat against Liberty Common on the 12th.
