Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask New London). Everything went their way against the Lone Tree Lions on Monday as they made off with a 16-1 victory. The win continues a trend for the Tigers in their matchups with the Lions: they've now won four in a row.

New London's record now sits at 13-8. As for Lone Tree, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 7-13.

Coming up, New London will take on Wapello on Saturday. The Indians have struggled to contain batters this season (they've allowed 11.35 runs per game on average), something the Tigers will no doubt try to take advantage of.
