Basketball Recap: Neillsville Falls Short of Regis in the Playoffs

Neillsville and Regis squared off in some playoff action on Friday, but Neillsville had to settle for second. They came up short against the Regis Ramblers, falling 71-48. While losing is never fun, the Warriors can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Wisconsin basketball rankings (they are ranked 335th, while the Ramblers are ranked 112th).

Neillsville's loss dropped their record down to 9-15. As for Regis, the win was the seventh in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 17-6.

Neillsville does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Regis has already played their next match (against Luther), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
