Basketball Recap: Russellville Takes a Loss

Russellville was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their 17th straight loss. They came up short against the McLean County Cougars, falling 56-34. That's two games in a row now that the Panthers have lost by exactly 22 points.

Russellville's defeat dropped their record down to 1-22. As for McLean County, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 12-13.

Russellville has already played their next match, a 74-28 loss against Edmonson County on the 17th. As for McLean County, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next game, a 49-30 win against Webster County on the 17th.
