Soccer Recap: Danville Takes a Loss

Danville lost against Monticello last Saturday, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Sunday. The Vikings took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Sages. Danville have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Danville now has a losing record of 8-9. As for Monticello, the victory (which was their 11th in a row) raised their record to 17-2.

Coincidentally, Danville and Monticello will both be playing Urbana the next time they take the pitch. The Sages will host the Tigers at 4:30 p.m. on Monday, while the Vikings will host them at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
