The biggest upset of the week belonged to Pinckney, who took down 127th ranked Pinckney, 20-14.

Grand Blanc was the team that made the biggest jump in the rankings, moving from fifth to third in Kensington Lakes - West. The Bobcats beat Milford 42-13 earlier in the week.

Trevor Sudbay and Austin Pierce gave Hartland a balanced attack in passing and rushing last week. Sudbay threw for 65 yards, while Pierce ran for 140 yards. Sudbay also contributed to the rushing game with 15 yards on the ground.

Buck West provided a threat through the air and on the ground as the Pirates lost to Brighton. He completed 9 passes for 145 yards and also ran for 1 yards. West's key target this week was Justin Eagy, who caught 4 passes for 100 yards.

Eagy was the best wideout in the league this week as Pinckney lost to the Bulldogs. Joe Groen helped Pinckney's passing attack out by catching 2 balls for 23 yards.

Pierce was the best running back in the league this week.

Keith Rubin made the biggest impact on defense this week as Jakob Gailitis' team lost to Brighton. The 6-foot-3 junior.

The Pirates' West and Eagy have formed a dream team this season, leading Kensington Lakes - West in both passing and receiving yards. 6-2 quarterback West has thrown for 481 yards this season, while Eagy has 8 catches for 231 yards. Pierce from Brian Savage's team leads the league in rushing with 432 yards.

The top two teams in the league will face off this week when first place Howell takes on second place Pinckney. Last week, the Highlanders defeated the Eagles, while Pinckney lost to Cliff Keiefer's team.

The Pirates' offense has scored 83 points this season, good for No. 1 in the league, while Howell has allowed only 18 on the year.

The league will see a high scoring game when Aaron Metz's team and Pinckney face off this week. The top two offenses in the league, the Highlanders comes in having scored 74 this season, while the Pirates have scored 83. Howell scored 14 points last week as it topped Hartland.
