Soccer Game Preview: Grant vs. Putnam City

Grant is headed into Tuesday's game looking for a big change in momentum after dropping their fourth straight game last Tuesday. They came up short against Santa Fe South, falling 6-1.

Meanwhile, Putnam City fell victim to Yukon and their airtight defense last Thursday. They lost 6-0 to the Millers. The loss continues a trend for Putnam City in their meetings with Yukon: they've now lost four in a row.

Putnam City now has a losing record of 2-3. As for Grant, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-4.

Grant might still be hurting after the 6-1 loss they got from Putnam City when the teams last played back in April of 2024. Can Grant avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
