Hayes waltzed into their matchup on Wednesday with 12 straight wins... but they left with 13. They never let the Worthington Kilbourne Wolves get on the board and left with a 12-0 victory. The Pacers might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won nine games by six runs or more this season.

Hayes got a massive performance out of Kate Shipp, who went a perfect 1-for-1 with one home run, three RBI, and one stolen base. Those three RBI gave Shipp a new career-high. Zee Brown was another key player, going a perfect 3-for-3 with four RBI and two doubles.

They weren't the only ones making solid contact: Hayes kept the outfield on their toes and finished the game with 16 hits. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now got at least eight hits in three consecutive contests.

Hayes' win was their sixth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 15-1. The home victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 10.0 runs over those games. As for Worthington Kilbourne, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 8-7.
