Soccer Recap: St. Andrew's Episcopal Comes Up Short

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact St. Andrew's Episcopal can now relate to. They fell just short of the St. Stanislaus Rock-a-Chaws by a score of 3-2 on Friday. The Saints were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Rock-a-Chaws apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in February of 2024.

St. Andrew's Episcopal's defeat dropped their record down to 9-8. As for St. Stanislaus, the victory (which was their 13th in a row) raised their record to 24-1.

While St. Andrew's Episcopal had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair will be back at it again later today.
