Soccer Recap: Howard Falls to White Oak in First Game of Season

Howard unfortunately couldn't capitalize on their home-pitch advantage in their season opener. They lost 5-0 to the White Oak Vikings on Saturday.

White Oak now has a winning record of 3-2-1.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Howard will have a little extra prep time after the defeat as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Winston Salem Christian at 4:00 p.m. on March 31st. As for White Oak, they will take on West Brunswick at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. White Oak is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 3 goals per game this season.
