Softball Recap: Pharr-San Juan-Alamo North Beats Pharr-San Juan-Alamo Southwest for Their Seventh Straight Win

Pharr-San Juan-Alamo North had already won six in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 6.3 runs) and they went ahead and made it seven on Tuesday. They never let the Pharr-San Juan-Alamo Southwest Javelinas get on the board and left with a 13-0 win. Considering the Raiders have won eight matchups by more than five runs this season, Tuesday's blowout was nothing new.

Pharr-San Juan-Alamo North pushed their record up to 18-5 with the victory, which was their third straight on the road. The wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 10.7 runs over those games. As for Pharr-San Juan-Alamo Southwest, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-8.
