NorthPointe Christian put another one in the bag on Friday to keep their perfect season alive. They took down the Potter's House Christian Pumas 47-32. While the Mustangs didn't have the best season last year (they finished 11-14), it's starting to look like those struggles are a thing of the past.

Despite the loss, Potter's House Christian still got an impressive performance from Abram VerWys, who went 7 of 15 on his way to 18 points and eight rebounds. VerWys is also crushing it when it comes to steals: he's grabbed at least two every time he's taken the court this season.

NorthPointe Christian's victory bumped their record up to 5-0. As for Potter's House Christian, their loss dropped their record down to 2-4.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. NorthPointe Christian and Covenant Christian will compete for holiday cheer at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Potter's House Christian will take on Calvin Christian in a holiday battle at at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
