Volleyball Preview: Del Oro Golden Eagles vs. Rocklin Thunder        
        
		
             The Del Oro Golden Eagles will head out on the road to  square off against  the Rocklin Thunder  at 6:00  p.m.  on Monday. Both come into the  matchup bolstered by wins in their previous  matches.
 Del Oro will bounce into Monday's   game after  beating Whitney, who they hadn't topped in nine consecutive meetings. Del Oro was the clear victor by  a  3-0 margin over Whitney on Wednesday. The  win made it back-to-back  victories for the Golden Eagles.
 Del Oro was especially dominant in the third set. The match finished with set scores of 25-18, 25-20,  25-15.
  Bella Rasi was a one-man wrecking crew for Del Oro as she  had five  kills, three  digs,  and three  aces. Rasi is also on a roll when it comes to  assists, as she's  now  posted 13 or more in the last 30 games she's  played dating back to last season.  Gia Hoffman was another key player,  getting 12  digs and a  kill.
 Meanwhile, Rocklin sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with  a  2-1  win over Christian Brothers  on Saturday.
 The match was a true back-and-forth as no team won consecutive sets, but in the end it was Rocklin who won the one that mattered. The match finished with set scores of 25-22, 22-25,  15-10.
 Del Oro's record now sits at 10-11. As for Rocklin, they have  been performing  incredibly well recently as they've  won nine of their last ten matches,  which provided a nice bump to their 28-4 record  this season.
