Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Liberty). They put the hurt on Lutheran with a sharp 14-5 victory on Tuesday. Considering Liberty has won six matchups by more than five runs this season, Tuesday's blowout was nothing new.

Liberty pushed their record up to 9-4 with the win, which was their fourth straight at home. The home victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 2.5 runs on average over those games. As for Lutheran, they now have a losing record of 2-3.
