Basketball Game Preview: Jenkins Warriors vs. Liberty County Panthers

The Jenkins Warriors will square off against the Liberty County Panthers at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Keep an eye on the score for this one: the two teams posted some lofty point totals in their previous games.

Last Friday, Jenkins got the win against Southeast Bulloch by a conclusive 77-52. With the Warriors ahead 40-14 at the half, the game was all but over already.

Meanwhile, it may have taken overtime to finish the job, but Liberty County ultimately got the result they hoped for on Friday. They secured a 61-57 W over Long County.

Jenkins now has a winning record of 12-11. As for Liberty County, they now have a winning record of 11-10.

Jenkins won a match that couldn't have been any closer in their previous matchup on Wednesday, slipping by Liberty County 49-48. The rematch might be a little tougher for Jenkins since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
