Meanwhile, Valencia had already won two in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 12 points) and they went ahead and made it three on Friday. They really took it to the Matadors for the full four quarters, racking up a 62-20 win. That 42 point margin sets a new team best for the Tigers this season.

Valencia's victory was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 11-5. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 64.7 points per game. As for Estancia, their loss dropped their record down to 5-12.
