Volleyball Recap: Arrupe Jesuit Comes Up Short

Arrupe Jesuit managed to slip by Bennett the last time these teams faced off, but didn't have those same answers this time around. The Generals lost 3-0 to the Tigers on Saturday. The Generals have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

Daphne Castillo paced Arrupe Jesuit's offense, picking up four kills. Castillo got some help from Yulisa Garcia and her nine assists. Castillo was also solid from the service line: she led the team with two aces.

Arrupe Jesuit's loss dropped their record down to 12-10. As for Bennett, their victory bumped their record up to 10-12.

Arrupe Jesuit has already played their next match, a 3-0 defeat against St. Mary's Academy on the 28th. As for Bennett, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 3-2 win against Kent Denver on the 28th.
