Football Recap: Alpha Omega Academy's Victory on Friday Extends Winning Streak to Seven

Alpha Omega Academy extended their postseason success on Friday against Lucas Christian Academy. They came out on top against the Lucas Christian Academy Warriors by a score of 46-38. The defensive woes were uncharacteristic for the Lions, who until this game were averaging 14.85 points allowed.

Alpha Omega Academy didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off two passes before the game was over. The picks came courtesy of Hudson Ramey and Rhett Foshee.

When it comes to explaining why Lucas Christian Academy lost, don't look at Noah Martin. Despite the final result, he picked up 118 receiving yards and two touchdowns. Martin didn't just play on offense: he also made 15 total tackles and defended one pass in addition to snagging an interception.
