Fort Plain's game on Monday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Wednesday. Everything went their way against the Notre Dame Bishop Gibbons Golden Knights as they made off with a 13-3 win. The high-flying hitting performance was a huge turnaround for the Hilltoppers considering their one-run performance the contest before.

Fort Plain's victory was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 3-5. The home wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 16.7 runs over those games. As for Notre Dame Bishop Gibbons, they are on a 21-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-7.
