Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Albuquerque HomeSchool). They walked away with a 51-44 victory over the Chesterton Academy Saints on Tuesday. That's the third time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 39-34 last Monday.

Albuquerque HomeSchool's win was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Kailyn Talamantes, who posted ten points. Talamantes continues to improve, besting her previous point total in each of the last three games she's played. Alessandra Hernandez was another key player, putting up ten points.

Albuquerque HomeSchool now has a winning record of 4-3. As for Chesterton Academy, their defeat was their fourth straight at home dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 0-3.

Albuquerque HomeSchool will have a chance to go back-to-back against Chesterton Academy: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 6:00 p.m. on January 27th.
