He has been nothing but reliable on the mound: he hasn't given up more than two walks in ten consecutive appearances. He was also big at the plate, going 2-for-4 with two stolen bases, two RBI, and one run. That's the most stolen bases he has posted since back in March.
In other batting news, Josef Popowitch was excellent, getting on base in three of his four plate appearances with one triple, one stolen base, and one RBI. That triple was his first of the season.
