Basketball Recap: Madison Takes a Loss

Madison was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They took a blow against the Glasgow Yellowjackets, falling 58-21. While losing is never fun, the Panthers can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Missouri basketball rankings (they are ranked 420th, while the Yellowjackets are ranked 146th).

Madison's defeat dropped their record down to 3-10. As for Glasgow, the win was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 9-5.

Coincidentally, the two teams will both be playing Slater the next time they take the court. Glasgow will host Slater at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, while Madison will host them at 6:00 p.m. on January 24th.
