Baseball Recap: Rim of the World Falls to San Jacinto in First Game of Season

Rim of the World had to hit the road for their first game and it wasn't the result they were hoping for. They fell 8-3 to the San Jacinto Tigers on Monday. Sadly, the loss continues a streak the team started last season, making it 12 in a row.

Rim of the World saw five different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Mateo Jurado, who went 1-for-4 with one stolen base and two RBI.

Rim of the World didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next game, a 7-2 defeat against Colton on the 19th. As for San Jacinto, they have also already played their next contest, an 11-2 loss against Rancho Verde on the 19th.
