Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Hopewell). They blew past the Washington Prexies, posting a 77-41 victory.

Leading Hopewell to victory were Zach Kovell and James Armstrong. Kovell went 8 for 10 en route to 16 points, while Armstrong went 7 of 10 on his way to 16 points and seven boards. Kovell's evening made it four games in a row in which he has scored at least ten points. Another player making a difference was Aaron Dickhart, who posted eight points.

Hopewell was working as a unit and finished the game with 24 assists. That's the most assists they've posted since back in November of 2024.

Hopewell is on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four contests, which provided a nice bump to their 7-10 record this season. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 69.0 points per game. As for Washington, they are on a nine-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-10.

Hopewell and Washington could both be facing uphill battles in their next games considering their disadvantage in the MaxPreps Pennsylvania Rankings. Hopewell (ranked 416th) will meet Beaver (ranked 102nd) at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Similarly, Washington will take on Keystone Oaks at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday down 404 places (587 vs. 183).
