Soccer Game Preview: Paradise Honors vs. Moon Valley

The Paradise Honors Panthers will head out on the road to challenge the Moon Valley Rockets at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. Paradise Honors is coming into the game hot, having won their last five games.

On Friday, Paradise Honors made easy work of Goldwater and carried off a 4-1 win. The Panthers might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won five contests by three goals or more this season.

They hit Goldwater with a three-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Ethan Olari (2), Owen Berry, and Caden Parsons.

Meanwhile, after soaring to six goals the game before, Moon Valley was a bit more limited in their matchup on Wednesday. They took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of Thunderbird.

Paradise Honors pushed their record up to 12-2 with the victory, which was their seventh straight at home. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 26 goals over those seven games. As for Moon Valley, they have been struggling recently as they've lost seven of their last eight contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 2-9 record this season.

Paradise Honors suffered a grim 4-1 defeat to Moon Valley when the teams last played back in January of 2024. Can Paradise Honors avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
