Basketball Recap: Plainview Triumphs

Plainview picked up another tournament win on Saturday. They managed a 36-32 victory over the Lexington Bulldogs.

Plainview found their leader in sophomore Hadley Kamas, who posted 15 points and three steals. Kamas has been hot recently, having posted two or more steals the last three times she's played. Allie Wood was another key player, putting up seven points and six rebounds.

Plainview's first win this season bumped their record up to 1-4. As for Lexington, they are on a nine-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-6.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Plainview will look to takes advantage of their home court for the first time this season as they takes on Ada at 5:00 p.m. on Saturday. Lexington and Sulphur will compete for holiday cheer at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday.
