Baseball Recap: Albany Comes Up Short

Albany was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They lost 17-4 to the Little Falls Flyers. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest defeat the Huskies have suffered since May 9, 2025.

Albany's loss dropped their record down to 4-8. As for Little Falls, their victory was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 9-3.

Coming up, Albany will be playing in front of their home fans against St. Cloud Cathedral at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Huskies will need to watch out since the Crusaders have now posted at least ten runs in their last three matchups. As for Little Falls, they will head out to take on Fergus Falls at 5:00 p.m. on Friday.
