Baseball Recap: Yukon Continues Home Dominance on Thursday

Yukon's game on Saturday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Thursday. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 4-2 win over the Piedmont Wildcats. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest victory the Millers have posted since April 15th.

Yukon pushed their record up to 20-13 with the win, which was their sixth straight at home. Those home victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 7.2 runs over those games. As for Piedmont, their loss dropped their record down to 24-11.
