The Desert Oasis Diamondbacks can finally bid farewell to their six-game losing streak thanks to their game on Thursday. They took their game on the road with ease, bagging a 55-17 victory over Shadow Ridge. That 55-17 margin sets a new team best for Desert Oasis this season.

When it comes to explaining why Shadow Ridge lost, one person who can't be blamed is Zh?mya Martin. Despite the final result, she scored 21 points. Martin scored a full 123.5% of Shadow Ridge's points, the fifth time in a row she's earned more than a third of the team's points. Jaslyn Jefferson was another key contributor, scoring 13 points.

Desert Oasis' win bumped their record up to 4-7. As for Shadow Ridge, their defeat dropped their record down to 7-4.
